The Birth of Beyond Literary Analysis

Blog E09249 Marchetti O Dell Bookcover 2245 copy

Allison Marchetti & Rebekah O'Dell believe that analysis can be found anywhere, and that your students can write it. Analysis can mean so many things beyond just essays about The Catcher in the Rye or The Scarlet Letter, which can be devoid of student passion and interest.

But how do we help students build the skills of analysis writing in ways that spark their curiosity, get their gears turning, and feel authentic?  In Beyond Literary Analysis, Allison and Rebekah give you the tools to revolutionize the definition of what literary analysis can mean for your students.

Here, Rebekah and Allison talk about how the idea for this book came to be, and how they became inspired to bring it to life.
